For Interior Firms

Get accredited —stand out in the market.

Homeowners are more discerning than ever. A CertiTrust accreditation signals to the market that your firm meets rigorous standards of professionalism, financial responsibility, and client care before a single contract is signed.

Business Value

Why get accredited?

Accreditation is a commercial advantage as much as a standard. It gives prospective clients a reason to shortlist your firm before they have met you.

Build Homeowner Trust

The CertiTrust mark tells clients your firm has been independently vetted.

Differentiate from Competitors

Stand apart from non-accredited firms in a crowded market.

Access a Growing Referral Base

Accredited firms are listed in the CertiTrust directory, actively referred to homeowners.

Demonstrate Financial Credibility

The banker's guarantee requirement signals to clients that your firm is financially sound.

Financial Protection

The banker’s guarantee — a quick explanation.

All accredited firms must maintain a banker's guarantee of at least SGD 200,000, held by a Singapore-licensed bank, with CertiTrust as the named beneficiary.

Speak to your bank’s relationship manager early in the process. CertiTrust can provide the required format and wording upon request.

This is not an upfront payment — it is a financial instrument your bank holds on your behalf. It demonstrates to homeowners that your firm stands behind its work. In practice, claims are rare; the guarantee primarily serves as a mark of accountability.
